The hotel was conveniently located in downtown Knoxville, making it a great place to relax, enjoy good food and drinks. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but the noise from outside made it nearly impossible to get a good night's sleep. The service was top-notch, with the maintenance guy going out of his way to provide an extension cord. However, the price for some services seemed a bit high. Overall, a mixed experience with some excellent aspects and a few drawbacks.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The rooms were very spacious and nice, but being on the street side meant we could hear the people next to us like they were in our room throughout the night. The service was top-notch with all staff being remarkably good and professional. The location was very nice, close to downtown attractions, and the dining experience was good, though a bit expensive. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
